The Excel based import is used when inventory already exists in a structured format, such as spreadsheets.

This approach allows you to bring multiple inventory items into equipme at once, without having to create each item manually. It is especially useful for the initial setup or when migrating larger inventories.

The focus here is on transferring existing data into equip me in a clean and structured way. No automation or system integration is required.

This option is often chosen as a first step before expanding inventory processes further.
