# Connect / Invite suppliers

Before your employees can order from a supplier, the supplier needs to be in your list. You find it under **Offer management → Suppliers**.

The list only shows suppliers you already work with. If it's empty, you simply haven't added anyone yet.

### Add a supplier

Select **Add supplier**. You have two options in the same dialog.

**Connect with a supplier on Equipme.** Search by name, description or website. Open the supplier's page and select **Request partnership**. The connection is active immediately, and the supplier can make their offers available to you.

**Add a supplier yourself.** For every supplier that isn't on Equipme. Enter their domain and select **Find supplier** to fill in the name, website and logo. Only the name is required, so you can add contacts and an address later.

### Invite a supplier to Equipme

When you add a supplier yourself, you can invite them to join Equipme. Add a contact first, then switch on **Send invitation**. Your supplier entry is created either way, so you can start creating offers right away without waiting for an answer.

### Managed by a provider?

If a provider manages your company, **Add supplier** opens the form for adding a supplier yourself directly. Connections to suppliers on the platform run through your provider, and invitations aren't available.
