Remove the "Powered by equipme" Label
By default, your customer portal shows a "Powered by equipme" label at the bottom of the sidebar. If you want the portal to appear fully under your own brand, this label can be removed for you.
Availability
Label removal is included with the Advanced license. There's no setting to activate yourself, it's not something you toggle in the portal. If your license includes this option, we handle the removal on our end.
How to request it
Send us a short message letting us know you'd like the label removed. We'll take care of it from there.
