Removing the “powered by equipme” label from your portal
If you want your customer portal to appear more neutral or aligned with your own branding, the “powered by equipme” label at the bottom of the sidebar can be removed.
This option is available starting with the Advanced license and is handled by the equipme team on request.
When is this available?
The removal of the label is available for portals using the Advanced license.
There is no setting you need to activate yourself. If this option is included in your license, we can remove the label for you.
How to request the removal
Send us a short message and let us know that you would like to remove the “powered by equipme” label from your portal.
Once we receive your request, we will take care of the adjustment for you.
