# Removing the “powered by equipme” label from your portal

If you want your customer portal to appear more neutral or aligned with your own branding, the **“powered by equipme”** label at the bottom of the sidebar can be removed.

This option is available starting with the **Advanced license** and is handled by the equipme team on request.

### When is this available?

The removal of the label is available for portals using the **Advanced license**.

There is no setting you need to activate yourself. If this option is included in your license, we can remove the label for you.

### How to request the removal

Send us a short message and let us know that you would like to remove the **“powered by equipme”** label from your portal.

Once we receive your request, we will take care of the adjustment for you.
