# Copying templates to another language

If your organisation works in more than one language you can copy an existing template into another language space. This copies the layout, structure and visual design so that you only need to adapt the text.

This feature is helpful when you want consistent communication across regions without repeating design work. It also makes it easier to maintain a unified visual identity while respecting different linguistic contexts.

Templates do more than replace generic messages. They help you create communication that supports your operational reality. Well designed messages provide clarity, reduce questions and ensure that the right people know what to do at the right moment.

By investing a little time into templates you can create a smoother workflow for your team and a more predictable experience for your customers.
