# How to create a template

Each notification event in Equipme Pro comes with its own email templates. You can use the standard version provided by Equipme or create your own template that reflects the way you want to communicate with your team. Templates are organised by language, so you can maintain different versions with the same structure while adapting the wording to different groups.

To create a new template you select the empty tile with the plus symbol in the template area. This opens the editor where you can build the content of the message. The editor is flexible and allows you to write instructions, add context, place visual elements and create buttons that help people understand what they need to do next. The goal is to create messages that are not only informative but also supportive of your internal workflow.
