# Obtain product information (IT-Scope integration extension)
With the IT-Scope integration, you can import missing product images, descriptions, and metadata. Always present complete, clear information to your customers.
If your import list lacks images, texts, or technical details, the system automatically populates those fields with data from your connected IT-Scope shop.
**Where to find it**\
On the Service Portfolio page: select one or more products and choose Actions > Obtain product information.
**Automatic enrichment:** After you click, the system pulls all available media and descriptions directly into your portfolio.
