Product data can be pulled directly from IT Scope and used as the foundation for your service.

Products can be found quickly by name, ERN or other identifiers. Once selected, relevant details such as product name, technical information and images are automatically available. This allows you to focus on structuring and contextualizing the service instead of spending time on data preparation.
