# Partner Connect

Partner Connect allows you to make your services available to other providers on equipme.

In many cases, providers deliver solutions that go beyond their own services. They rely on external partners for hardware, mobile services, furniture, or other parts of the overall offering. With Partner Connect, your services can become part of these solutions.

This means your offering can be integrated directly into other service portfolios, increasing your visibility and creating new opportunities for collaboration.

The idea is simple. Your services become part of a broader network, where providers combine different offerings into one solution for their customers.

#### **How Partner** Connect works

With Partner Connect, your services can become part of other providers’ setups on equipme.

Instead of being limited to your own portfolio, you can be included in how other providers structure and deliver their services. Your offering becomes one component within a broader solution.

#### **In practice**

Providers often rely on external services to complete their offering.\
With Partner Connect, your services can be directly integrated into these portfolios and used as part of real service delivery.

This creates a structured way for providers to work together, while giving you visibility and access to new opportunities without changing how you operate.

### Adding partners to your setup

There are two ways to connect a company.

If the company is already using Equipme, you can find it and connect directly through its profile.

If the company is not yet on equipme, you can invite it via Lite access.\
This allows the partner to join your setup and start working with you without requiring a full platform setup.

In practice, this usually happens when you are working for a customer and want to extend your offering.<br>

This way, you can always work with the partners you actually need, regardless of whether they are already active in equipme or not.

***

#### **What this enables**

Once a partner is connected, you can include their services directly in your offering.

This allows you to combine your own services with those of your partners and deliver a more complete solution to your customer, without having to cover every part yourself.

***

#### **Example**

You specialize in workplace IT and network services.

Your customer also needs smartphones, mobile contracts, or additional equipment.\
Instead of covering all of that yourself, you bring in a partner who provides these services.

With Partner Connect, this partner becomes part of your setup.\
You can combine your services with theirs and deliver everything together as one consistent solution for the customer.
