Warehouse

The warehouse in Equipme Pro tracks every item you have in stock, from the moment it's received to the moment it ships out for an order. Whether an item comes in through a purchase order or is added manually, the warehouse always shows what you have, where it's stored, and what's already reserved.

Viewing and finding stock

The warehouse dashboard shows your entire stock at a glance:

• Stock levels for every item currently in storage
• Reserved units already allocated to open customer orders
• Storage location for each item, down to the exact position

Use the search bar to look up an item by name or storage location. The result shows available units, reserved units, and the exact storage position, so you can answer a customer question or check availability before confirming an order.

Keeping stock accurate

Physical stock doesn't always match what's recorded in Equipme, for example after a damaged delivery or a manual inventory count. Three actions let you correct this directly in the warehouse:

• Moving items between storage locations
• Removing items from stock, with a documented reason
• Booking items in manually, without a purchase order
