# Managing Handover and Return PDF Documents

You can create **handover and return PDFs directly within the employee details view** to keep a clear, structured record of which devices or services are handed over to or returned by an employee. This supports organized **onboarding and offboarding processes** and ensures accurate asset tracking across your organization.

Use the **Reports** dropdown in the employee details view to generate:

* **Asset handover document**
* **Asset return document**

These structured PDFs help document each handover and return efficiently, providing a reliable reference for your asset management and approval workflows while reducing manual tracking during employee transitions.
