# Managing Handover and Return PDF Documents

Use the **Reports** dropdown in the employee details view to generate:
* **Asset handover document**
* **Asset return document**
These structured PDFs help document each handover and return efficiently, providing a reliable reference for your asset management and approval workflows while reducing manual tracking during employee transitions.
