# Supplier profile

The supplier profile in Equipme Pro: company data and address, bank details for invoices, the public Partner Connect profile with logo and banner, and your own customer attributes.

**Path:** "Administration" → "Supplier Profile"

In the **supplier profile**, you maintain your provider company's master data. It appears in several places: on invoices to your customers, in the Partner Connect partner directory and in customer management. The page has two tabs: **"Profile"** and **"Customer attributes"**.

Access: **"Administrator"** role.

## "Profile" tab

### Company data

Use **"Edit"** to change the company data, **"Save"** to apply it and **"Cancel"** to discard the changes.

### Bank details

Next to it, you maintain the bank details: **"Account holder"**, **"Bank name"**, **"IBAN"** and **"BIC"**. Company data, address and bank details are printed in the footer of invoices to your customers (see [Billing](/pro/sales/billing.md)).

{% hint style="info" %}
Check the company data and bank details before you generate the first invoice.
{% endhint %}

### Partner Connect profile

In the **"Partner Connect Profile"** section, you design your public presence in the partner directory. Standalone customers and other partners who want to connect with you find you there (see [Partner Connect](/pro/portfolio/partner-connect.md)).

1. Click **"Edit"** next to **"Edit profile"**.
2. Fill in the required fields:
   * **"Contact email"** (max. 100 characters)
   * **"Phone number"** (max. 100 characters)
   * **"Website"** (max. 100 characters)
   * **"Brief description"** – appears on the tile in the partner directory; a character counter shows the permitted length.
3. Upload **"Logo and banner"**: click the logo or the banner in the preview tile.
   * The logo is cropped to a square (1:1 format).
   * The banner is cropped to 400 × 100 px; use landscape format (4:1) and place important image areas in the center.
   * SVG files are not allowed. Use **"Reset images"** to remove logo and banner.
4. Optionally write a **"Detailed description"** in the text editor, e.g. service portfolio, regions, certifications.
5. Set the visibility:
   * **"Show profile in partner directory"** – "Enable this option to be found by new customers."
   * **"Active"** – "Connected customers can view and order your public offering."
6. **"Save"**.

| "Show profile in partner directory" | "Active" | Effect |
| ----------------------------------- | -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| on | on | New customers find you; connected customers see your public offering and order |
| off | on | You cannot be found in the directory; existing connections continue to work |
| on/off | off | Connected customers do not see your public offering and cannot order it |

{% hint style="info" %}
The Partner Connect profile concerns collaboration via Partner Connect, i.e. with Standalone customers and other partners. Which offers your Hosted customers see in their customer portal is controlled via [Offers and pricing](/pro/portfolio/offers-and-pricing.md).
{% endhint %}

## "Customer attributes" tab

"Name up to three additional customer attributes that you can display and maintain in your customer management." This lets you record your own details per customer, e.g. sales region, framework agreement number or customer segment.

1. Click the pencil icon next to the desired attribute ("Attribute 1" to "Attribute 3").
2. Enter a label (max. 50 characters) and save with the check mark.
3. Use the eye icon to show or hide the attribute in customer management.

The setting applies to your entire company. Hidden attributes keep their values, so you can show them again later. You maintain the values themselves per customer in the [customer details](/pro/customers/customer-details.md).

## Frequently asked questions

**Where do I change the logo my customers see in the customer portal?**

Not here. You set the logo and colors of the customer portal under "Customer Portal Settings" (see [Customer portal](/pro/customers/customer-portal.md)). Logo and banner in the supplier profile only apply to the partner directory.

**Why doesn't my company appear in the partner directory?**

Check whether "Show profile in partner directory" is turned on and all required fields are filled in.

**Where do I find my company's tenant ID?**

Under ["Integrations" → "API key"](/pro/administration/integrations.md#api-key).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://hub.equipme.io/pro/administration/supplier-profile.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
