# Completed positions

Archive of all completed fulfillment positions with a date range filter, optional display of cancelled positions and Excel export.

**Path:** "Fulfillment" → "Completed positions"

Here you find all positions that have been completed: orders, pre-orders, delivery call-offs, returns and changes. The page is useful for looking things up, for analyses and for customer inquiries.

## Filters

| Filter            | Effect                                                                                                                                                                   |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| "Completion date" | Period in which the positions were completed ("First date" to "Last date"). By default the last 14 days. The period can cover at most 365 days. Click "Apply" to filter. |
| "Show canceled" | Additionally shows cancelled positions. |

The filter settings are stored in the address bar. This lets you share a filtered view as a link.

## The list

The columns match those in [Open positions](/pro/fulfillment/open-positions.md#the-list), plus "Completed on" and "Processed by". Using the table functions you can show further columns, group, and export the list to Excel.

Clicking a row opens the service instance. On the "Order" tab you see the completed position with a green check mark (completed) or a red icon (cancelled) as well as "Processed by" and "Processed on".

{% hint style="info" %}
Completed cancellations are not listed here but under "Completed cancellations" on the [Cancellations](/pro/fulfillment/terminations.md) page.
{% endhint %}

## Permission

The page is available to all roles with read access to fulfillment, including the "Fulfillment Controller".

## Frequently asked questions

**Can I reopen a completed position?**

No. Completed and cancelled are final statuses. If the customer needs something new, they order it again, or you process the service via a [change](/pro/fulfillment/service-changes.md).

**Why can't I find a position?**

Check the period under "Completion date". By default you only see the last 14 days. Cancelled positions only appear with "Show canceled".

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://hub.equipme.io/pro/fulfillment/completed-positions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
