# The dashboard

The provider dashboard in Equipme Pro: monthly revenue, active customers, open orders, top customers, key changes, offered services and service instances at a glance.

**Path:** Sidebar → **"Dashboard"**

The dashboard shows the key figures of your business with a personal greeting ("Good morning", "Hello", "Good evening") and the subtitle "Here you will find the most important key figures."

**Who sees the dashboard?** Users who may create customers, e.g. with the role "Administrator", "Account Manager", "Sales" or "Reseller". For them, the dashboard is also the start page. Individual tiles only appear with the matching permission.

## The tiles

| Tile                             | Content                                                                                                             | Clicking leads to                                                                      |

"Monthly revenue", "Top customers", "Most important changes", "Active assets" and "Users across all customers" require read permission on customers. If a key figure couldn't be loaded, the tile shows a corresponding note instead of a number.

{% hint style="info" %}
You'll find key figures for a single customer (open orders, active services, revenue, employees) in their [customer details](/pro/customers/customer-details.md#key-figures) on the "Overview" tab.
{% endhint %}

## Frequently asked questions

**I don't see a dashboard; I land directly in the portfolio or in fulfillment.**

The dashboard is reserved for users who may create customers. Everyone else starts on the page that matches their role (see [Registration and sign-in](/pro/getting-started/sign-in-and-registration.md#start-page-after-sign-in)).

**Where do I see my customers' open tickets?**

Not in Pro. Your customers' tickets are handled in each customer's Equipme Operate ticket system (see [Ticket system (Equipme Operate)](/pro/operations/tickets.md)).

**In which currency is revenue shown?**

The tile shows a single currency, usually your company's primary currency. If you look after customers in different currencies, check the values per customer in the customer details or in [Billing](/pro/sales/billing.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://hub.equipme.io/pro/getting-started/dashboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
