#### **Bulk Self Service Activation Now Possible During Excel Import**

![](https://media1-production-mightynetworks.imgix.net/asset/376ddfd0-4d28-4db1-a9bc-2a028be75ed6/1758868576742.png?ixlib=rails-4.3.1\&fm=jpg\&q=75\&auto=format\&w=1400\&h=1400\&fit=max\&impolicy=ResizeCrop\&constraint=downsize\&aspect=fit)

You can now activate Self Service for multiple users directly during the Excel import – no need to do it separately afterward.

Whether you're adding new employees or updating existing ones, there's now an option to enable Self Service as part of the import process. This makes it easier to roll out Self Service to larger groups all at once.

#### **The new marketplace is available in Self Service.**

Employees will see all products they can request – right away, no filters or categories. This is intentional: since most setups only offer a few products in Self Service, everything is shown upfront to keep it simple and clear.

#### **Email Notifications for Cancelled Orders**

If a supplier cancels an order, the person who placed it will now be notified by email.

Until now, cancelled orders often went unnoticed - unless someone manually checked the order status. With this update, the system sends an automatic email as soon as a cancellation is made, so no one is left wondering what happened.

#### **Import Services Directly for Specific Customers**

There’s now a dedicated import button available when you're working in the context of a specific customer.

Previously, service portfolio imports were only possible globally. Now, when a customer is selected, you can import services just for that customer. No more workarounds or manual adjustments after the fact.

This makes it easier to tailor service offerings to individual customers right from the start.

#### **New Cost Center Management in Company Profile**

There's now a dedicated section for managing cost centers in the company profile settings.

Instead of using a free text field, cost centers can now be created, edited, and selected from a structured list. This ensures consistency and avoids manual errors when assigning cost centers to orders or services.

You’ll find the new cost center table in the **Settings** tab of the company profile, with options to add, edit, and define a standard cost center.

#### **Bulk Operations in the Portfolio**

Managing many services at once just got a lot easier. New bulk actions allow you to update multiple services in one step:

* **Assign Categories** – Select multiple services and assign them to a specific marketplace category at once.
* **Set Highlights** – Mark multiple services as “highlighted” with a single click.
* **Update Attributes** – Add or overwrite attributes (e.g. CPU, RAM, OS) across several services in one go. Existing values are kept unless explicitly overwritten.

These actions save time and ensure consistency, especially when onboarding new services or restructuring portfolios.

#### **Service Availability Status**

A small but useful improvement: you can now update a service’s availability directly via right-click.

* Status options include **Available (green)**, **Coming Soon (yellow)**, or **Not Available (red)**.
* This is a visual indicator only – it doesn’t block ordering yet – but it helps you communicate the current state of a service transparently.

#### **Service Blueprints – Import Extensions**

Service Blueprints are already live and let you create services from predefined templates. The latest extension improves the import process:

* When importing from a blueprint, you can now select **which offer(s)** to include.
* Previously, all offers were pulled in automatically.

This gives you more control, especially when services have multiple runtime or pricing options.
